Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
How to Request a Refund
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing — via email or through our Contact Us page — along with your booking reference number. Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
Refund Schedule
Refund amounts are based on how far in advance the cancellation is received:
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund (10% administration charge applies)
- 15–30 days before departure: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Non-Refundable Components
The following costs are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Visa fees and government application charges
- Airline tickets (subject to individual airline cancellation policy)
- Travel insurance premiums
- Advance deposits for certain resorts, experiences, or cruise cabins
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, payment will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI).
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we will offer:
- A travel credit valid for 12 months from the original departure date, or
- A partial refund after deducting non-recoverable costs already paid to suppliers
Amendments vs. Cancellations
Date changes or itinerary amendments are subject to availability and may attract an amendment fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.
