Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with us. By confirming a booking, you agree to all the terms stated below.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and a written confirmation from our team. Verbal or informal agreements are not binding.

2. Payment Schedule

• 25% advance at the time of booking confirmation
• 50% payment due 30 days before departure
• Remaining 25% due at the time of departure

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges apply based on notice period:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total package cost
• 15–30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural events, or supplier changes. Alternatives of equal or similar standard will be arranged wherever possible.

5. Passport, Visa & Documentation

It is the traveller's sole responsibility to ensure valid travel documents including passports, visas, and permits. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for losses arising from trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total package cost paid. We are not responsible for losses beyond our control, including strikes, government restrictions, force majeure, or natural disasters.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our registered state.
